just buyed RTX 3050 and the game.. but performance is really bad
i5 - 10400
16 gb ram
rtx 3050
Geforce experience recommended all setting to low quality. wtf ?
Ran Furmark FULL HD . AS IV Black Flag Ultra preset and Sekiro MAX settings. So results are great. No FPS drop. Perfomance are good. But in the Elden ring whatever presset i choose. FPS always drops from 40 to 30. game always freezes. What's your thougts ?
Checked local files and there is no problem

You should be getting 60 fps on high, with some minor drops from time to time. See if some background process is using the CPU.

Also try to reinstall the video drivers with DDU, specially if you just dropped your GPU to replace the old one.
my 750ti can run up to 30~50fps at medium quality

I have a laptop with a 1070 that gets stable 60 fps on medium.
It's either your drivers or something else you are doing.

GTX 970 - mostly 60 on mid.
I'd say game is to blame this time.

show video proof of your laptop's 1070 running at stable 60 fps in Limegrave open fields, not in godamn caves.

Well i had a friend had 3050 and he didnt like it, probably was cheap. Btw i have RTX Nvidia 3060ti with 8GB and really good for No Man's Sky and many other titles. Too bad you dont have i7 intel cpu, would be much better than you got plus you need to double your ram and make sure you get that SSD!

i get SLIGHT frame fluctuations from smooth 60 to brief spouts of low to mid 50's
but the game stays running smooth. i don't get any freezing or screen stuttering.

i have a much higher end system though which is my daily workstation machine for 3D.

i play in window'd mode only in 1440p everything maxed (my systems quite fine running the game at 4k) so i can monitor other things in the background like discord, light bakes and shadier compiling in UE5
i use a ps4 pad to play.

i will say tho if the game has screen focus and mouse gets nudged or a key on the keyboard gets pressed while im playing the game turns into a slideshow mess until the mouse has settled again and the games just 100% back on the ps4 pad.
