Smithing Stones [3]

Does anyone know wich enemy (if any) drops these things and has a good location to farm these? I know that i can eventualy buy them in infinite amounts but that knowledge doesn't help me at this moment, can't reach it anyway.

3? No. The common soldiers with the brass shilds, drop the 1s. A 3 sounds like a higher mob might drop it, so maybe too hard to farm anyway. You should visit the caves, the ones that are clearly painted into the map, black holes with red shading. Those are smithing stone spots. You can just run through it, grabbing the fixed ones on the walls. Also, the enemies in there usually also drop those stones, and they might drop higher rated ones, but you might need to eat a silver food to have a chance at a drop.

Edit: I quickly looked it up: "Dropped by the Raya Lucarian Soldiers in the small town section south of the South Raya Lucaria Gate. These drop Smithing Stones of various grades 1-3"

South Raya Lucaria Gate and head down the hill into the town the enemies and the fire cart thing have a good drop rate of both the grade 1 to 3 stones

Unless you have entire hours to waste (and silver chicken legs), this spot is trash.

I would start with the raya lucaria crystal tunnel, north half of the big lake on thr right side of the long north bridge. there's supposed to be a bunch in that mine. like probably a little less than 10 id say

Already cleared out that Crystal cave sadly. Also cleared out the one in Cealid and Limgrave :I

if its your first playthrough id focus on getting the bell bearing to purchase the shards using whatever weapon you upgraded with the limited ones you find in the beginning game, which requires you to get both halves of the dectus medallion thing for the lift and thats it. one half is in fort faroth in the wasteland and the other is in fort haight pretty closeish to the starting area

Theres a lot of them on Raya lucaria's crystal tunnel

+12, but i'm dual wealding and the other one is +8. i just need 1 frigging smithing stone 3 >.<

Unles i'm having a bug, the smithing stones don't respawn
