It was an accident...he was in the cave.
I was being chased by the bad things in the dark and when I came back to the grace point I stomped by accident and he just vaporized.

I think he had vitamin D deficiency.

don't worry bro i "accidentally" kill him all time, sometimes i "accidentally" swing a few more times then needed at the bush or using Comet Azur.
