Tbh, it doesn't really matter cause if anyone is running any of the meta weapons, you'll die in 1-3 hits no matter the level. Even with 60 vigor, insta bleed builds will stagger you out of your rolls and just chain stagger you until you die.
On the side I've been playing freely, and casually. Not trying to rush the game or nerf, or cheese anything in my play through.
So think I can at least confirm to myself the 'NATURAL' PVE growth of the game will very EASILY take you into the 125-150 range. This is def a fact based on my experience of the game, and at the very least can confirm that it's insanely stupid to try, and get ppl to stay at level 70 as the pve open world will take you way past that with no effort.
Literally just naturally.
If you do go to 120-150, duels are where its at. You can have some fun in invasions if you're also running something stupidly meta but if you wanna use something other than a one shot build, duels will probably be the most fun for you. At least, thats how it's been for me.
Most of the time it's people just playing the game with varied builds trying to get through the area which results in some really fun fights.
Given the young age of the game this prob is good pvp in the 60-80 range because of variety, but that is JUST temporary, and will move entirely into the 100+ range. You can't fight that inevitability because of the natural game growth, but yes you can hide in very low level pocket communities if that is your jam.
Just don't be surprised when it all boils down/dies, which it 100% will because it's not natural to the PVE growth cycle.
U must be lucky because when I invade in leyndell at that level I only get RoB/veil gank duos or greatshield spammers
