Ancestral Follower Shaman Weapon

Hello! So I was just wondering if there's any way to get the skull weapon the Ancestral Follower Shamans carry around or if it's possible to get the skill they use? And if so, where/how?! I love it so much but I've fought so many of them and cannot for the life of me get them to drop the skull! :(

Yep, there's even a Talisman to go with it to boost its power.
It's a trinket spewing the same mist as the shamans / the Ancestral Spirit.

not sure if it's actually good or anything, but you can get it in the 'second' Nokron area after the stars punched a hole in the world (so after Radahn).
It's located at the edge of the 'ancestor people' zone, off the edge of a cliff in some ruins you can reach with your mount.

Oh my gosh thank you so much! I feel like an idiot, I've been trying to figure out how to get to those ruins for ever lmao! It didn't finally click until I read the "off the cliff with your mount" part! The unfortunate part is that it scales with intelligence and I am a faith/arcane build, but it's still wonderfully enchanting to use! <3
