Serpent Bow still doesnt scale with Arcane

As the Title says, Serpent Bow has a E-D Scaling with Arcane depending on Upgrade level but you dont actually get any attack and i cant tell based on the arrows if i am actually getting more buildup atleast

It gets higher poison addition from arcane and weapon upgrades

Bow scaling is really weird too... like, even if you can get a bow up to C Dex, you'll get something like 10 or 15 scaling damage at a point when a C Dex melee weapon is pulling 75-100.

well thats most likely due to arrows instead....

Arrows are a flat damage add as far as I've been able to tell, though it is hard to test precisely. I just mentioned it because, at D scaling, it's entirely possible that the value isn't 'broken' but simply that the scaling value is so absurdly low that 30 or 40 arcane would be worth like 1 damage.

Serpent arrows are supposed to deal the deadly poison amount of 14 - 17 damage per tick for 30 seconds but i'm only getting the weaker 7 per tick. Anyone confirm it is bugged?
