Help with trying to get Gravel Stone Seal for my Incantations

I just did a respec of my build right before I'm about to go on Journey 2, and I was trynna get a the Gravel Stone Seal before I go so I can boost my incantations, but I think the enemy that has it doesn't spawn anymore since Leyndell covered with ash. Let me know if theres any way to get it because the guide says to go a certain direction from the West Rampart Grace spot, but I don't think that area exists for me anymore.
