no youre not crazy.. it just has extremely low chance of dropping.. try finge-, i mean silver scarab talisman

sometimes ill respec if have larvae to spare for such an item farm, cough rune arcs/rats

also have same stat / scale

I started with 0 runes, I have 95.000 now ... I never had that much runes ...
