【BUG REPORT】Can’t alter garments

I'm pretty sure I've gone through the required steps like everyone else and have the garments that can be altered for others, but I can only alter the initial one.

What piece of equipment are you trying to alter? Some items have altered variants, but aren't available to players. Eg. Banished Knight Armor can only be found as regular or Altered, you can't change them yourself.
