Some bad OCD rn

Sorry this is something I noticed that I never noticed before and was wondering if anyone has had this problem, but apparently hair model number 6 has some issues such as hair clipping through neck. Was wondering if anyone has noticed or had this issue. Apparently the mimic doesnt seem to take this issue and the hair model on the mimic is fine and doesnt clip. The only time the hair clips through the neck is when you attack and more noticeable with a charge attack. It's been bothering me and I hope Fromsoft fixes this, I feel like this might've been a recent issue, or I could be wrong and was blind from the very start, but I want someone to confirm or else I won't sleep at night.

hair clipping has always been an issue in videogames, not just elden ring. I'm not an expert, but unless they change engine or implement a more complex physic model it's not something that can be fixed

I have seen a lot of clipping with some large shields, ponytail hair, and armors in this game. My OCD makes it hard to not obsess over it so I just equip something else to avoid clipping and switch back during combat.

iirc hairstyle 6 is the short one so if thats clipping I laff. I had to change to a ponytail like always in these games to avoid any clipping which is just sad

My character's sword and cloak both clip through his shield when he's riding. Not much we can do about it.

yeah I changed my hairstyle to the ponytail since it was the ones that wasnt clipping

because its bothering me a lot, even though its a minor detail that I shouldn't even bother about. But so far it's ruining my experience and I would even go as far as try to find a mod fix around it but there isnt yet, so I'm trying to see if anyone else has this issue and pray fromsoft fixes this.

Yeah, it even clips inside the back of the head and not neck only for me. Like with RoB special

But yeah like I said before, the mimic tear doesnt even have this issue and it's just the player model. I feel like this was after the 1.03 patch as I scavenge the internet to find a video clip where this neck clip didnt occur. Fromsoft somehow managed to mess this up it seems, as I swear i didnt see this before.
