Site of Grace not working
I think I beat a boss, (Magma something-or-other) and a site of grace appeared, but i can't touch/rest at it. Looking at some maps, I think it's supposed to be the Ruin-strewn Precipice site of grace.

Happening a lot since the latest patch. Just quit out and when you load back in it works like normal.

I had this issue and for some reason the grace location was off by a couple yards. I just walked around in a circle around it and the Grace Text showed up.

Found it. LIke you said, it was a few yards away from the actual grace graphic. Thanks!

Yeah, it seems to be a common problem after the last patch.

Here is one example of activation point being away from displayed site of grace:

Both solutions - walking around until you find it or quit/continue work to solve the problem.
