Millicent's Prosthesis
I decided to help Millicent and kill her immediately afterwards in order to obtain both talismans, however, this did not end up being the case and I got the needle instead. Did I screw up or did fromsoft patch this?

I think they patched it so you can't get both Talisman.

Welp, with the Needle at least you now have the Cure for the Frenzied Flame provided you defeated Malenia.
