Giant Blacksmith (Master Iji) Does not appear

I just started the game, but when I went to visit the giant blacksmith, he wasn't there :/

Can anyone tell me how I can get him to appear?
should i kill some boss or do some mission?

I didn't hit him and I didn't kill him

He should be there, you may have to do Ranni's questline and go into her service that should trigger him. Or go to the mistook ruins and use the finger snap emote to talk to Blaidd.

Actually he should be there even if you didn't start Ranni Quest or Blaidd

Yeah you see him on the way to rannis tower. Hes behind the fake wall in the runis.

Already did that. he doesn't show up there :/

Maybe you did something and now have to go to the Turtle Church and request Forgiveness

I believe that when I was in the middle of a forest, a bear attacked the half-wolf NPC and after that he became hostile towards me lol

I had same problem yesterday, it was due to slow loading game...
Since the patch my game run lower than ever...
When I am on Torrent, if I go to fast the game struggle to load itself and makes "funny" things...

AND, so PNJ makes time to show some times, like 1min ...
I did wait for a camp fire to show for 3min...

Just try to wait next to him...
