Error Code 23 NEED HELP

So my game was working perfectly fine, i played it for about 50 hrs, then one day it stopped working. For some reason the hours steam says i have changed from over 50 to 37, and now every time I try and launch it will open the smaller initializing window that pops up before the game opens, except it is really laggy and after a while it pops up with an Launch Error (23) window saying Error Code: 23 (Game client encountered an application error. Error Code: 23) and the only option is to close the game. I've tried uninstalling and reintalling both easy anti cheat, and the game itself. I've also updated windows and my graphics driver to the newest versions. I've tried disabling my firewall, closing all other applications before launching, and finally I tried repairing my windows in the command prompt, which told me there were a few corrupted files, and it replaced them, and I restarted my computer, but it still has this error.
I've looked online and only found one reddit post about this error, and i tried both fixes that were in the comments but they either did not work, and the windows visual ++C they told me to update doesn't exist on my computer.

IDK what any of this means, or why the windows version says windows 10 when my computer is running on windows 11, and has been since before the game was even released.

FIX: I did in fact find a fix, but you might not like the sound of it. The fix I found was to reset my laptop, while keeping all of the files, but uninstalling everything. First go to your computer settings, then the recovery tab, and finally choose to reset your computer while keeping all of your files. There might be an easier way to do it, but i think (dont quote me on this) it is a problem with the instillation of windows on your computer. So as long as you uninstall and reinstall windows it should work. LMK if this does work for ya'll, or if you already found a different solution.

Ok I found a fix! I went into my local files and replaced the EAC splash image with this one https://imgur.com/a/XoVJV7w. Then I rebooted. Runs like a charm.

Hey hey people. I fixed it!. Here is what I did.

Step 1: Download the image @Faranox links, follow his instructions.
Step 2: Update your GPU drivers
Step 3: Update any other driver you have (You can use driver updater apps, NOT for your gpu tho)
Step 4: Verify integrity of game files for good measure
Step 5: Restart your PC

Now, open your game, enjoy your new launch image, and keep it in rememberance
