Was the great turtle shell nerfed or did I just not notice the chip damage before?

I could've sworn it had 100% physical reduction while guarding.

Yes, it was. The Turtle Shell was one of the only shields I know that was nerfed rather than buffed in patch 1.03.

Yeah, I believe it got a small guard boost increase but no longer has 100% phys reduction

Well it's now the proper backpack shield it always is. Kinda sad since it was nice finally having it with 100% phy block. But eh.
