Raya Lucaria Academy summon bug?

I just got to the academy main gate and proceeded to the next SoG and i am unable to summon anyone for coop at any of the SoG. They all fail after trying to summon but resting at SoG/mounting becomes unavailable as well as the quit game button. I can revert the issue only by nullifying with another furcalling finger. This is not a connection issue as all other regions work in multiplayer and it has happened on 2 different days. If i try to put my sign down it does not show up and the quit game & SoG become unavailable again. Had to AltF4 the game.
Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Note: i was able to summon someone before the patch came a few days ago, perhaps it's relevant?

The same thing is happening to me. Only just started today though. have you had any success clearing this issue

It's happened to me a few times in various areas, I don't believe it's region bound.

Game still thinks you're in multiplayer, using another remedy was also my only solution to gain back access to single player interactions. But then sometimes still had to ALT-F4 to get out of it.

Sorry, no solution, but it didn't seem a recurring issue to me bound to an area, so persisting eventually worked

Thanks a lot for the reply :D I actually noticed only afterwards it's not region bound and it happened to me in many places. Might probably be some server connection issues because it works very randomly.
