Multiplayer Level Range

Hi. Has anyone figured out, how the multiplayer systems works in regard of level ranges between players?

In previous games, not only the level difference but also your weapopn upgrade (+ x) had impact on this.

At the moment, I'm trying hard to not level up, when not necessary to prevent myself from being "excluded" from random multiplayer but it would help, to get some insight in the game system here.

Still running around with level 12 in Stormveil Castle at the moment...

take what i say with a grain of salt as it's not been "decided" yet

but it seems that the vast majority say that the level to be is level 150 for endgame PvP and PvE content. as builds are fully complete by then with the required amount of VIG to survive hits.

weapon upgrading should be fine as even maxed out i was getting loads of PvP and PvE and that was endgame when barely anyone had reached it yet :D
