Twinblade talisman broke/nerfed with patch?

I swear I thought it used to boost the damage of the last hit in every multi-hit attack in the twinblade combo.

Now it only seems to boost the damage of whatever the last hit in the full combo is, even with single-hit weapons. I.E only the 9th hit after 5xR1 clicks on twinblade, or the 4th hit after 4xR1 clicks on greatsword.

It's now actually *worse* on multi-hit weapons like twinblade, and best on stuff like colossal swords with only 3-hit R1 combos. Even in the best case scenario it's still very weak since you rarely unload a full combo and even then it's only 20% damage boost on every 3rd hit.
