Gelmir Hero's Grave is a MF of a dungeon
The chariot thing that 1-shot you, i never rage like that so far in Elden Ring.
I hope there won't be any place worse than that. 🤬

If you haven't been to the Haligtree yet, you're in for a real treat.

All the hero's graves are crappy like that.

Well, it was kind of gimped before, but with the Arcane fix in 1.03, it is what it always should have been and is worth the frustration IMO.

That rot dragon breath makes many bosses easy mode af with the dragon seal now.

Wait, you can destroy the iron chariots in the tombs? I thought the whole point of them was being environemental hazards.
Gonna google that bow.

To get to the end quickly look for the drop below and land on the cross beam. After you go in the window fight the guy, go back out to the beam and drop on the chariot to ride it to the boss room. It also helps having a weapon with a dodge step to get over the lava.

Fextalife has info on it, but

theres a ledge where you can see three giant pots above the chariot and can shoot the ropes holding them in time with the chariot riding beneath you. If you succeed, the chariot dies and you get the bow and can explore the rest of Fringefolk Hero's Grave without any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Yeah I saw they even got that part on the area walkthrough. I never even thought that could be killed.
Is it just for that tomb or are the others killable too?

It's only in that one that I know of. Though in the second one I encountered, part of the puzzle is to get on the X-shaped ceiling rafters, move to the center, and then ride the chariot down to the small opening on the right to get some of the loot (and avoid what would be a sick lava + chariot area). it's basically the bottom of that puzzle where you have no other survivable options even with Quickstep.

I did one where I went to the bottom, then climbed back up, and the two chariots collided and destroyed one another. I still have not idea what triggered that or if it was a bug.

There's an even easier way through it, right after the third alcove for the first chariot drop in the pit right at a corner and you'll land on a beam, go to the middle and wait, the other chariot pauses to turn, you can drop on top of it and just ride it all the way to the end, just jump off behind it when it turns and takes off

If you use catch flame just before it hits you, the chariot gets one shot and you never have to deal with it again.

but then you lose the free taxi and need to run through all that lava all the way to the end :/
