Acer Nitro5 Performance fix. (possibly for other systems too, if ur cpu is overheating)
I finally found a fix.
Not even just for this game, a general fix.
Your problem is overheating of CPU, not bottlenecking, its simple overheating.

Now what i did, is downloading ThrottleStop, you will find an option to "disable turbo". Enabling this alone already works. TS gives u more options than just this one, and you will be able to boost it more.
If you dont believe me, open NitroSense, which u got if u got an Nitro5. U probably will notice ur CPU temp is pretty high, even doing nothing. Open TS, enable the option "disable turbo" and press save. Watch what happens in NitroSense with your CPU temp.
Ya, it BASICALLY takes a bit of performance away, but since ur main problem is overheating within few minutes, and ur pc wont have to take ur performance away anymore to avoid harm of ur cpu, ur performance will be far better at the end of the day.
Maybe this helps some. (Its rly not only for elden ring, it basically boosts nitro5s performance for everything)

This ofc might help anybody with CPU overheating issues, and therefor performance issues..... cant test that myself.

*bump*

i do not want awards honestly. i just wanna share how i fixed my issues in 2 weeks (or is it 3??) of trying trying trying, researching researching researching....

maybe its a wakeup call for some too. ive been looking for a bottleneck on my end. had none.... i looked at cpu, gpu, ssd usage and so on. didnt realize cpu is too hot. (which causes stuttering, so many ppl experience. cpu becomes too hot = pc tries to avoid damage and lowers performance = u stutter)
