Question about Godskin Peeler and Ashes of War - Bloody Slash

So I am going a dex build and my question is - Ususally I just do Bloody Slash with Keen so my dex scaling it higher and my damage becomes: 208 + 207
However if I do a Keen Ashes of War and put blood on it it would go down to 201 + 145 damage but 91 blood loss.

I guess my question is.. what is the best damage in this case for me here? What will give me more bang for my buck? I am Dual Wielding Twin blades if anyone has a suggestion ( running Dex )

bleed is broken currently so the answer is of course bleed and by a LONG MILE currently. keen doesnt even come close dmg wise. the numbers on screen dont matter. bleed procs do % based dmg. so it wrecks ANYTHING and it builds up SILLY fast currently.
