Best big pen0r weapons for dual wielding

I'm currently using Grafted Blade Greatsword in Power Stance and just murdered the two gargoyles. Upon discovery of jump + R1, I quickly realized I'm playing ineffectively and inefficiently because:

1. I do not block bosses, therefore L1 is unused
2. Charge R2 build is too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slow and I'm using more dodge pokes, jumps atks, and single R1s. Very rarely are there openings for full charge R2
3. L1 with two big ♥♥♥♥ weapons is likely going to do more damage if both land.

So, I turn to the community: what are you guys using? I do not have enough endurance (and not sure if it's possible) to wield two colossal great swords or I would totally do that.

Oh you can.
With like 40 endurance and the good trinckets you can dual wield massive weapons, and have some good armor on top of it.

I dont want to spoil bosses or such, but you can find really nice big weapons in the endgame for you to powerstance.

I used starscourge from Radahn for the 2nd half of my playthrough, really wanted to use to giantslayer hammers but didnt wanna handicap myself further. Starscourge is great because you get to use two collossal swords for the weight of 1, and the weapon art is great for farming.
