Nepheli/Kenneth/Gostoc quest bug

They're not heading to Godrick's throne room after finishing their questline. (I already reloaded the area but nothing happens)

if you have you cannot progress their quest and will have to wait until ng+
if he is still alive talk to each npc and rest and pass time at godrick the grafted bonfire

Have you killed morgott in the capital?
that is also something you need to do

you need to rest at the goddrick grace first and then they will be all three in the throne room

I helped Kenneth retain his castle (he is still there), gave the hawk to Nepheli (she is sitting in the lower room of the Roundtable hold) and killed Morgott (Maliketh is alive - I am not even close to him:). I have rested several times at Morgott site of grace (passing time included), but this bastard refuses to relocate to the throne room...

maybe it's a bug of Patch 1.03.1

Same for me, I wonder if it has to do with Seluvis quest affecting Nepheli too. I locked myself out of this quest by finishing Ranni's.

Im my game they didn't move to the throne room after I finished their quest, and I thought it must be a bug and gave up about it. But now, two days later finally they all 3 moved . I guess it has something to do with other NPC quests, but I don't know which one. You should look if you can do something for other NPCs in your game. It CAN be they moved after I finished Sellen and Jerren quest. Janni quest was finished before. Look if you finished Ranni's quest until the end, killed Blaid ?
