i think its locked to 60 like some other games like skyrim and fallout because of physics. i havnt looked into it buit it can be unlocked but it cuases issues from what i ihave seen
Because making a game in such a way allows it to run better on the last gen consoles.

I was running the game in full screen. i just switched to borderless windowed and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the delays is gone! thanks :D
do i still get achieves if i play in offline mode ?
yep! im playing offline with an fps unlocker and other graphics tweaks and i still get achievements for beating the bosses
what are you using to unlock ?
I lock my FPS at 60 anyways to keep CPU and GPU for other things....like actually running the game......probably why im not crashing/stuttering like everyone else seems to be.
