After I finished both Kenneth Haight & Nepheli Loux questline both of them didn't go to stormveil castle. Do I need to ng+ ..?

same for me. even after following the wiki and doing every step. i would also say the quest is bugged

Gaaaah absolution didn't work for me.
I punched both Gastoc and Kenneth until they were aggressive with me, and I can't punch Nepheli because she's in Round Table Hold. I already gave her the ashes, (before the patch) but she still won't leave and the other two still won't move. Do you have to talk to them in a specific order?

I talked to kenneth, rested at a grace, talked to gastoc, rested at a grace, talked to nepheli, rested at a grace. No update.
Tried talking to nepheli, then kenneth, then gastoc, same deal, no update.

I've tried resting at the castle multiple times in a row, to morning, to noon, to night, for several days in a row. No update.

I've seen some comments say that you may have to progress to the capital, have the rold key, activate the lift and then rest at the forbidden lands grace before the quest may actually trigger properly. I'll try that and report back.

I had to Kill Gostoc before Kenneth and Nepheli. All quest done but Gostoc wouldn't move from stomping on Bosses head so I killed him and instantly the other 2 appearing the throne room.
