PSA about all legendary armaments achievement

I didn't get the Bolt Of Gransax because I had completed the game. I already started a new game plus before i decided to get the achievements on my old save. I got every armament on my old save and on my new game plus I got the Bolt of Gransax but the chest tech isn't working, is it because i have to have everything on the same character?

It has to be on one character. Also, they're not talking about putting them in the chest and taking them again, they mean dropping the weapon on the ground with the LEAVE option and pick them back up

i just speedran the game in an hour or so until that part and i got the weapon and the achievement. 1 step closer to 100%
