PLEASE. put a stake of marika at the great jar.
I don't mind the summoned great jar knights being OP as much as having to spend 3-5 minutes running all the way back and be forced to kill two giants every time to die within a minute.

Even if there was a stake, the golems would respawn and you'd still have to kill at least one of them. It really is just a "take a deep breath and git gud" thing. That's why there is no stake. That being said, I do feel the pain. Beat 'em just yesterday and it only took about 10-12 tries...

Go to a certain place, get unescapable frenzy. Spec for it, put a strong weapon in your right hand, grab the NPC's, profit. I don't mind fair fights, but when an NPC has 4-6k hp and end game gear, it's kinda "Meh" Was even worse when they had the weapons that just recently got nerfed. I had NPCs with 2 swords of night and flame and one Malenia weapon...good times. Glad it's over!

i found that a few fully charged strong attacks will open up the giants for a finisher that should kill. finisher on a giant do like 80% health damage so the go down easy

You can dodge them, sometimes you will get unlucky.

what SL are you? I'm about 82 and I get one shotted by over half of any of their attacks.

If you aren't against cheesing There's this one weird tree that Jar Champions hate!
