Start over or Journey 2?

Guys, simple questions:
Should I start over with a new character or do another playhtrough in journey 2?

Journey 2 is the same Journey 1 but enemies are stronger

Ng+ is fun. Since you can just rush to where you want instead of collecting everything.. if you completed the map in the first playthrough.

I would do both. I will do both. Want a pvp character and an ng+X one. Just as usual.

unless you didnt like youre starting character then do NG+. technically you can do both. the game has multiple character slots

I am torn between trying to get a new character powerful very quickly and see how to manage that
OR
to find all last secrets and weaopons I missed in my play and just mess around with my OP character.

I’m about halfway through. I’m gonna rush the end, respec to new build, NG+, rush to second half then take my time exploring it. I spent too much time exploring first half.

I did nothing than exploring. I have like 80% of all weapons and visited 70% of the map.
But there is still so much more and some things left.

If you haven't played as a samurai, I'd recommend starting a new game as one. It has been very fun for me! I beat the game without spells. I finished with the starting weapon (+25 by the end), but I did use a better bow. The Unsheathe skill has been very strong throughout. I did abuse Hoarfrost Stomp later on though, which has been nerfed since. So your mileage may vary.
