Any point in fighting them?

I mean i usually wanna clear an area at least once. Not only for the runes but also for the fun but i honestly see no fun or ledit strategie here.

- Faith spells deal no damage at faith 62 and maxed Earth tree seal
- melee power stance with sword of night and flame and coded sword seems okay
but the death buildup even with the talisman is too much. They take too long becuase they have too much HP.

More or a "run and pick up all stuff and never come back area" or not?
