Madness sniper spell broken?!
why can 1 shoot insta madness?

I assume you mean Frenzy Burst, the yellowish side-winding Frenzy spell that builds Madness? And I presume you mean it insta-popped on you when it hit you? I was able to get it to 2-hits with the Frenzy Flame seal, so someone could easily find a way to make it proc in 1, but I'd assume that its probably your stats not having enough resistance to Madness. Could be the armor you are wearing isn't effective, or that you are also using Frenzy abilities and getting build up without noticing it?

Need more info.

I will inform you with this the exact stats of mine tomorrow.
also did not even know there is a stat that makes you more resistant to madness.
