-Bled in a single hit but I dodge the proc, I still get staggered because bleed puts you into hitstun no matter if you dodge or not.
-I gain increased bleed resist due to taking the bleed proc
-He presses L1 once, bled again, losing 95% of my hp

Yeah its getting nerfed without doubt, these players are all carried by their status

I already felt like cheap garbage when I tried bloody slash in an invasion shortly after the game came out and oneshotted the host and his golden boy by running up to them and pressing a single button.
But I also know there is tons of people who thrive on that kind of crap.

it honestly feels like they reverted back to Ds1 PvP, everyone poiseing out the ass and spamming a katana. Alls thats missing is the constant circling until a lagstab happens.

bruh just hit them with range magic spam thats all.
me: (sees a katana user) also me: Ezykes rot breath followed by legendary shooting star blast. if need be cirian moon great sword cast or magic hammer. also after patch 1.3 the glint stone peble mini gun is massively OP and track within a 45 degree angle.

I wouldn't put that much hopes on them fixing it. Ever since they nerfed poise after DS1 the Katana's have been strong as hell in PvP, and they never do anything about it. The problem is much worse in Elden Ring because damage is so high across the board. Especially on weapon arts. So you have a meta that's about one to two shotting people. And Katana weapons that are really fast, and hard to dodge. To fix it they probably need to overhaul the whole damage system or get lazy, and apply some kind of flat reduction in PvP damage only. Of course even with that this game will still be Spellden Ring. Magic is hilariously over the top this time.
