My first PT was about 120 h .. and I explored alot, but not 100 %.

Now on my second character, I am lorehunting, which takes even more time.

I hate using google or watching YT unless I get completely stuck personally, but I did get some hints for parts of the map that weren't accessible, also it helped me identify a couple of game bugs. The missing areas seemed to revolve around one character I forgot about! The latest patch shows the characters on the map now, which would have helped at the time!

Completed all of the big content except for 2 bosses blind in 70 hours, then used a guide for those and finished at around 75. I'm still finding a lot of the smaller dungeons on NG+ I didn't do yet though.

100 hours for first playthrough, all major bosses and considerable amount of exploring. Another 20 hours for 100%.

First playthrough was not 100% but i did do a lot of exploring and sight seeing.
It took me just under 140 hours.
Needless to say great dollar per hour of entertainment value for me.

Think I am about 70(ish) hours in and haven't even fought Radahn yet.

1st run, blind, ~80% completion in the end, right around 100 hours, think it was 105 and change. 2nd run, using wiki, 100% completion, came in just under 100.

81 in-character hours until the credits on a mostly blind playthrough (if a spoiler was in a thread title here, then I couldn't unread it). Spent a bit backtracking, double checking places I'd been, avenging myself after a dozen deaths on a boss, etc.

I missed a lot. Said no to a few causes I thought would conflict with my primary cause. Didn't find quite a few people after they left my life.

But in terms of 100% achievements, then no, it is unlikely I'll personally ever obtain that.
