Help me find Milicent please

I realy don't know where else need to search this girl, i've visit all her locations for a couple of time and seems like she disappered.
I made her questline right to exhaust all her dialogue at Gowry's shack, she told literaly nothing about where to find her next time or how can i help her. After it i'm already killed Morgot in Lindeil, went to mountaintops, get to secret location Elphael Brace of the Haligtree and then only find out, that i missed a little castle at the north of Altus plateau. There was a valkyrie's hand and i'm remembered, that Milicent lost her right arm. Search for her at map gives me nothing so i've went to wiki and realised how much i've missed.
Now i just don't understand, has i failed her questline of what? I've checked every place where she can shows up, but she's not. Has anyone meet same issue? Maybe she already dead and i will find only her courpse, if i'm lucky?

she was at the top of the mountains for me in the altus plato, if you go from the abandoned coffin too the erdtree gazing hill she is just too the left of that location

i don't know where she is now tho, she spoke too me there and now she has gone again to somewhere else xD

If you made it to the Prayer Room near the Elphael Brace site of grace then she should be there.

If not, I’d start right where you left off after exhausting her dialogue at the shack. Go to Lux Ruins and see if she’s there.

If she is or isn’t, go to The Shaded Castle and get the Valkyrie’s Prosthesis and then check both locations again.

If at neither location, move on down the list. Go to the Dominula, Windmill Village and defeat the Boss. Rest at grace. If she still doesn’t show, then check the Ancient Snow Valley site at Mountaintops. If no show, I’d just go through each one over again to be thorough.

If you still can’t find her at any of her locations despite having the prosthesis, and you’ve already arrived at the Haligree location, your next best bet would just be to proceed to kill the Ulcerated Tree Spirit Boss and then look for the two summon signs after reloading the area.

Yeah it seems like you did things out of order for her questline, so there's really no telling where she'll be now. As was said, your best bet is to just look at where she should be on the wiki or something and follow each step from Gowry on.

It's also possible when you kill bosses that NPCs die or just disappear from the world. So you finishing the capital could have just ended her questline (among others) and she disappeared, I'm not sure if she's affected or not.

I've checked all her spawn locations a dozen times already. I also think it's worth trying to kill the half-boss in Haligree. It will be funny if summon signs appears and she fights there with a hand that I have not yet given to her.

Like I said, since you did her quest stuff out of order, you could have just failed the quest entirely so she'll either show up dead near that tree spirit or she simply vanished. I doubt you'll find her summon sign or anything since, as you said, you didn't give her the prosthesis.

Yeap, i've killed a mini-boss and there is no summon sign. And Milicent is still nowhere, i can't find her at any of her spawn points. So i going to bad ending now. Thank you, Miyazaki! Almost dosen years since first Dark Souls relise, but FS games still has a most awfull quest's scripts!

after altus plateau she goes to the windmill viliage , then the giants mountain , prayer room in halgtree, then she should show up after the rotted worm boss

pretty sure it's impossible to fail her quest, I remember doing all of it in one go, she was just staying at the altus plateau despite me already reaching the boss of Haligtree.

I've jumped to all her locations a dozens of times already: Gowry's shack, Church of plague, Lux ruin, Windmill vilage, Snow valley, Prayer room and now at mini-boss near drainage channel. I know, where she must be, thanks, she's not there, not in any of this places.

Just for clarification, you aren't looking for her st Lux Ruins correct? From the grace put Lux to you left and she should be to the right a good ways along the cliff going up, if I'm remembering correctly.

After giving her the Valkyrie Prosthesis, you'll meet Millicent again in Dominula, Village of the Mills, also north of Altus. She will only appear after you defeat the boss of the area, the Noble Sacriderm, right next to the boss's arena, and she will tell you that she finally feels ready to go back to fight alongside you.

The next meeting is in the "Ruins of the Ancient Snowy Valley" in the Land of the Giants, where there will only be a dialogue right next to the Place of Grace: Millicent will direct you to Castel Sol, a small dungeon north of this area where you can retrieve the piece. of Pendant missing to reach the secret region of the Sacred Tree of Miquella.

Then head to Castel Sol and prepare for a very difficult battle to recover the second piece of the Pendant.

The last meeting is in Elphael, the secret city of the Lands of the Sacred Tree of Miquella.
Millicent will remain in the "Prayer Room" until you defeat a boss.
To reach Eplhael, you'll need two pieces of secret medallion to use on Rold's elevator by selecting the other secret destination when on the platform.

I know it, but my problem is in that i've cleaned Windmill vilage, Capital, Mountaintop and Haligree to the prayer room before getting a valkyrie hand. Maybe Milicent was at her first point near Lux Ruin all the time, but i had literaly no reason to go there after unlocking all other grace points at Altus plateo, so i just missed her. I've complete all conditions to unlock all her meet place for now, but all, exept last one (mini-boss) were done before getting a hand. So now she just do not shows up at any of this place, i've checked all of then o lot of times already.
