The game keeps crashing after I teleport to Church of Vows grace

I have been trying to continue playing the game for the past two days. Ever since I have chosen to teleport to the Church of Vows Grace site, my game crashes after 1 second no matter what I do. I could not open the page to the Customer Support page in Bandai Namco, and I do not know what to do now.

verify your game files.

uninstall any shaders mods etc.


see if you can load in.


failing that you would need a save editor to change your spawn but if that area is crashing your game that needs sorted anyway.
