help with scarlet rot

I only have 1 preserving blouse left, I bought it from a merch that only sells 3 , how can I get more? is there any easy way? I don't have the items to craft it either!

I used "Fire, Cleanse me" spell to get through Lake of Rot. Needs only 12 Faith to use. Plus, there is a Mushroom set that has high immunity

This. Soap can also reduce the bar iirc so you can try that, it just won't cure it.

You need to craft those balls yourself. Someone sells the recipe book and you have to collect the materials to craft them. Yeah the Fire, Cleanse me is an option but during a fight it will be too slow. So a pill or two in your inventory is a good thing. BTW, you can also use a charm that increases your damage when you are poisoned or near poison and turn the situation into your advantage. The name escapes me. You get it in one of the dungeons after fighting two cockroach bosses.

I just skip this area and come back after you have more health and health items. And you'll find anti-rot gear and ♥♥♥♥. That's what's great about this open world. There is actually like... a point to it? If I get stuck somewhere I have a lot of other places I can go back to that I skipped before or took a different route. BUT it doesn't force me to, you just have to think about doing it on your own.
