Blaidd is not in Siofra River

I followed every quest step except talking to him in spectral form in Ranni's Rise.
( He was not showing up)
I also released him from Evergoal Trap, since then he is gone... Anyone knows what to do?

I know that he can no longer show up there if you ended the game in some way.

Did he spawn in Ranni's Rise but you just didn't talk to him?

That whole quest was confusing, or maybe I accidentally skipped a step or two? I found him down in Siofra, and also when fighting Radahn, when we were still friends. Then I went on with the quest and fought him as an invader in Nokstella. Then I found him again near Ranni's rise and he was hostile, why? No idea. These quests pretty much require a guide to even know what's going on.

He tells you in Ranni's Rise to meet him in Siofra. At Siofra after talking to him and some other npcs after that you will get info that you need to kill Radahn to progress the quest. IMO it was easy to follow it without guide.

I literally just said all that. He took part in the tournament and was there at the Radahn boss battle. Then the next time I met him he was a red phantom invader. That's the part that was never explained, or I just missed it.

The story of who he is and why it unfolds the way it does is with other character quests. Ranni in the tower tells you a bit, the big blacksmith tells you a bit and ranni as a small doll tells you even more.

He isn't the hostile invader underground that is another who is tasked with killing Ranni.

Is Radahn already killed in your playthrough? Him being trapped in Evergoal indicates you're past Siofra River quest step.

Go to where you met him at an Evergaol. I never met him in Siofra, didn't know that was a potential place to meet him.

If he doesn't spawn, proceed to Nokron city and retrieve the finger slaying blade to skip the Blaidd requirement if he doesn't appear where he should.

...You can't get to Nokron without killing Radahn so that question seems pointless. Hell Blaidd can invade you? He was physically standing in front of her rise after I completed her story, felt so damn bad killing him as I really enjoyed the guy.
