In short, there is really no real tips I can give other than rolling at proper times and dealing damage when you can and to use mimic tear summon. Second phase is like fighting a giant, stay under his feet and get behind him, he has some moves that can't be dodged from the front.
Take in mind, you cant use them if you have summons
I must confess I waltzed past Maliketh with the help of a jolly cooperator, so I do not yet have a good enough grasp of how Maliketh specifically works to give you sound advice on how to fight him.
In general though, Elden Ring bosses have an invisible bubble of personal space, where if you advance too close to them they will retaliate by throwing out stronger, more devastating attacks than normal. I've noticed this as early as Margit, but it seems Elden Ring wants the combat loop to be that you let the boss come to you rather than you to it, and then punish it after it whiffs an attack.
If you try to hug the boss's rump, you're not going to be given any fair openings to punish it.
you're def underlevelled too. if you wanna farm you should Go to mohg's castle using the teleporter to the west of the consecrated snowfield, and farm the enemies there. you get like 30k+ in 1-2 mins from enemies literally sitting there doing nothing next to the grace.
ashes are your best friend. They're not "cheesing", they're in the game for you to use.
