Honestly it's too late. You can't go back to the older games after Elden Ring. Last year's model syndrome. Sony was idiotic for not releasing Bloodborne on the PC in 2020 or 2021. There were NO games on the market. Was a complete wasteland and would have sold really well. Now? It's basically too late.

i would buy bloodborne for sure, demons souls i dont know, old demons souls is still where my heart lies, and its working in 60fps/4k on RPCS3, with online mode trough "thearchstones" server.

I'm curious why so many people seem to rag on the remake, what's so wrong with it that the old one is better?

No. Because i already have them on my PS4/PS5.
But i wouldn't mind people getting their hands on PC to play them.
However i switched to consoles for online PvP because playing Soulsborne on PC online is cancer with the amount of CE users.

Bloodborne, yes, but I don't care for some of the visual changes they made to the art for Demon Souls so I would rather just have the original version as an option.

Demon soul for sure. But bloodborne. I kinda doubt I would like it. It's way faster than dark soul, and ask you to be pretty offensive. Something I'm not really good at.

Given the success of Dark Souls 1-3, Sekiro, and more recently Elden Ring on PC, I'm certain that a proper PC port for both Bloodborne and Demon Souls remake would easily be profitable and the massive PC playerbase will praise you like the sun :praisesun:

Remake, probably not. If they just wanted to port them over and pay somebody else to do it who knows how to do a proper port, probably.

they are finished and mostly polished games tho,elden ring is more like DS2,a work in progress.Tho I love DS2 the most.

i dont know im not exactly against the remake, its just that 1, i dont have a ps5 so never got to experience it, and 2, fromsoftware had nothing to do with that remake. a lot of sounds were replaced that i used to love with high pitched noises, VA's were asked to redo voice lines even though nothing was wrong with em, and graphically wise i dont really mind as i think old demons souls still look stunning trough emulator:

ER is DS3.5. Almost nothing like DS2.

Bloodborne, absolutely. The best combat in the souls series hands down.

Demon Souls, could take it or leave it. I bought a PS3 specifically to play it a couple years ago and honestly, didn't find it too special. Maybe the PS3 version is simply too dated and the remake would leave a better impression, but its clunkyness mixed with the fact that most of its levels have been basically copied in later titles kinda made it just, more of the same, but worse. I get that it was the first and deserves credit for that, but I'm just saying with how many of them are out there now, it isn't unique enough from the rest to be worth getting, in my personal opinion.
