Talisman Pouches - cant get 4 slot

Hello, can someone describe me why i dont see Talisman pouch at twin maidens ? its in patch notes but i dont see it there, ty

Its only there if you didn't get the 4th slot normally through main story, because of a bug. I could tell you how you unlock all 3 talisman pouches but it would be considered a spoiler. Where are you in the story right now?

I killed Elden beast, so i finished story but i only got 3 talisman slots (2 pouches) and have no idea why i dont have 4 slots, i checked wiki and there is info that i cant go back to get talisman after 2 great runes collected, so

Any idea how to get that extra pouch back ?

the only slot missable is the one for 2 great runes. the other 2 arent missable as both bosses which give them have to be fought sooner or later to access other areas. well margit is technically optional aswell given you dont NEED godricks rune to reach the end of the game. but well.

it could be that this patchfix is not retroactive and thus existing saves with people who rushed are still affected by it for good.

They said they fixed this bug with yesterday's update. Apparently, you can buy the pouch from the lady at roundtable hold

Oh yeah, if you finished the whole game you should have all 4 talisman slots. Did you try talking to the Enia again, the npc in the room with the 2 Fingers? The bug should have been fixed now according to the patch notes, so not sure if you need to talk to her or the Twin Maiden Husks.

I dont see any talisman pouch at Enya or twin maidens, thats why i created this discuss...
its true that i missed one pouch (2 great runes)

When i joined roundtable hold after patch, it told me that there is some new item at twin maidens, but i dont see it there

I just confirmed you can buy a Talisman Pouch for 500 runes

Did you actually go get the great runes from the tower?

But this... After speaking to Finger Reader Enia, after acquiring two Great Runes. If you progress too far without speaking to her, the talisman pouch will instead appear in the Twin Maiden Husks' shop.
I didnt claim it and i dont see it in shop
