Talisman Pouches - cant get 4 slot

Hello, can someone describe me why i dont see Talisman pouch at twin maidens ? its in patch notes but i dont see it there, ty

Hmmm this is strange. It's not for sale for 500 between the Memory Stone and the Stonesword key? (It's easy to miss because it looks like a cracked pot)
If it's not between the Memory Stone and Stonesword key something is likely bugged.

I didnt claim it and i dont see it in shop

I wasn't sure if I'd progressed far enough and if the requirement is only two great runes, then it seems like I'm having the same issue. I've killed Radahn, Godfrey and Renalla and have enabled both Radahn's and Godfrey's great runes at their respective divine towers, but I still only have 3 talisman slots and two pouches.
There is no pouch available from the twin maidens or from the finger reader. I've talked to the finger reader multiple times and nothing has changed.

Same here jordyexists, i dont see that talisman pouch in shop.. so i only have 3 talisman slots. Got the exact same problem

No, its not there, i seen videos on youtube, where that item is, but i dont have it

I think we're stuck waiting for another patch to actually fix the issue or maybe it will be available in NG+. Either way, there's likely no quick fix.

The issue for me was a bug where Margit didn't drop one... so now I'm just stuck on 3 talisman slots for this playthrough which sucks.

I looked around on the internet and I can confirm that people are reporting that they are getting the last pouch on a NG+ playthrough. Not a fix but at least it is something.

I wouldn't have even known it was bugged for me had From Software not claimed to "fix" this issue with the recent patch...

Can't get the 4th pouch either. Doesn't show up in the shop. Stuck at 3.

I just got my 3rd pouch; my 4th talisman slot. I received it when I killed the golden projection of Godfrey in Leyndell.

I guess I was wrong about the qualification requirements for this; I think I mistook Godfrey for Godrick the Grafted.

Either way, turns out it wasn't an issue for me at all. I hope this is the case for other people experiencing this issue.
