So now theres a "+*insert number*" instead of just the weapon's base damage.
Arcane scaling means that increasing arcane also increases weapon damage.
bleed scaling from what i can tell has always been working as intended even before the patch.
are they both maxed?
and also, for some reason normal weapons have better bleed scaling that Somber weapons.
I guess it's a balancing mechanic.
not rlly, meta from my experience was just people running around with River of blood.
that does remind me, i think most weapons w innate bleed and arcane scaling have fire damage as well, which prob explains what you just said.
