Can someone tell me is this a bug?

So... To the left side of the Bestial Sanctum is a root you can drop down to and further roots seemingly leading down. After I reach the first root and not even before I jump off to the second I just die instantly from fall dmg

If anyone knows if that's supposed to happen or not or if there is another way to get there I'd be very grateful, because I'm sure you can go there, there are enemies you can see there as well.

you can go down to the structure. There are a few bats and a few unimportant items but that's it. Also no way to get out except fast travel. At least that's my experience with it.

Yep you've gotta find the right way to go down. There's an item down there if you can figure it out

Dont worry, It took me close to 70 hours to learn about them, i always jumped down with 50/50 chances.

I actually did use a rainbow stone which fell on the next root without a problem, but before I even fell off of the root I died, just by walking towards the edge.

This place is bugged since the latest patch.

Yeah, patch 1.03 broke the death zones around that area, so cinqueda and the talisman that are at the bottom are now inaccessible(at least the way that they used to be). :(

Devs put a death plane there with latest patch . idk why
