Nepheli & Kenneth not moving to Stormveil Castle throne room

I've progressed both their storylines, to the point of giving Nepheli her Storm ashes and Kenneth moving back into his fort. Talked to them both and exhausted their dialogue.

I've read since the latest update they're supposed to move to the stormveil castle throne room. I've tried resting, moving around the map, but I can't seem to get them to spawn there.

Does anyone know if there's a certain storyline point I have to reach to make them move? Do I have to reach the Erd tree first?

Keep resting at godrick's bonfire and supposed to move after that

IF the only thing left is for them to be at Godrick's throne then try going into the throne room, then head back to grace and rest (dont teleport, just run). Those 3 should be in thge room. This has been my fix for 4 playthru.

Ive got the same problem. Gideon has no new dialogue and I gave her the ashes after completing kenneths questline. I've left it alone for a few days and forgot bout to cause I was doing other quests but now they wont move to stormveil. ;/

Just tried this and it works! Rest at the boss site of grace and they all tp to the throne room.! thanks!

Once you exhaust their quests they will show up in the throne room after you beat Morgott the Omen King in Leyndell.

it's kinda wonky, so resting at Godrick's grace (not just warping to reload the area) can help, and of course you need to've killed Morgott (at least I'm 90% certain on that)

Viserion, I had this exact problem. I kept going back and forth between the NPCs and nothing worked. It turns out I just needed to rest at the boss room grace right before the throne. Once I did, all the NPCs moved into the room and had their new dialogue.

That worked for me. Funnily enough in my playthrough I killed Gostoc ages ago. I had also completed Kenneth's quest before giving Nepheli the Ashes. She didn't drop her axes (which seems good if the quest breaks because of that). After that, I rested in the boss room right before the throne room and all of a sudden, both of them are in the Throne room.

This didn't work for me This is what I've done:

- Nepheli is at Roundtable Hold and I've given her the Stormhawk King
- I've retaken Fort Haight for Kenneth and he's at the top saying he's waiting for a new lord
- I've defeated Morgott the Omen King
- I travelled to the "Godrick the Grafted" site of grace, nobody in the throne room, Gostoc is still kicking Godrick's corpse
- I went back to rest at the Godrick site of grace. no effect

This is really frustrating as I really want a certain item that I think Nepheli will give as reward...

My experience is the same as some others - it works only after you have killed Morgott. Then visiting the different NPCs and resting at the sites of grace where Godrick was, and the little room just outside, seem to work. Managed to do this in two playthroughs with a bit of fiddling around.

To get this to work I had to "pass time" instead of just resting

I did not see this answer and this is what fixed my play through. If the quest will not advance make sure you opened the main gate to the castle after teleport to Godricks SOG and everything should be cleared up. Cheers

- Did not give Nepheli the potion

- Agro Gostoc, atoned at the Church of Vows
- Opened castle gates

Still no go. Kenneth is at the fort looking for the next lord, Gostoc is stomping the corpse like nothing happened, Nepheli is nowhere to be found - could not locate her on the map.

Did you give her the storm hawk? If she's at Albinauric village then talk to her to advance her dialogue and she'll appear downstairs at Roundtable Hold.

Older question but for any who search for an answer around google and find that posting:
After finishing questlines from Nepheli and Kenneth and killing Morgott, asumimg all dialog options are used, teleport and rest at secluded cell just under godrick Port point. After that just walk to the throne room and all NPCs are there.
