This game would be fun with good gear and less grind
Too bad it has ♥♥♥♥ gear and tons of grind. Playing it feels like work yet I'm not getting paid. Still looking for an actually good RPG to play.

Didn't get enough from your first post? Already told you. Just don't grind. It's not required in the slightest.
Where does this game ever require grind?

There is no grind in elden ring. It's a YOU problem.

In previous Souls games like Bloodborne I can just play through the game as normal and be strong enough to beat the boss when I arrive there. In this game You will reach Margit at like level 10 if you only following the storyline grace points. Boss is ridiculously hard compared to previous Souls games. It essentially forces you to grind in the world for hours and hours to obtain comparable (and reasonable) difficulty to previous Souls games. They actively nerfing any good build in this game to ensure EVERYONE must grind as well. Surprised they aren't selling Runes in the store for pay to win just like that LOTR game did. Probably waiting for Elden Ring 2.

Just a very quick steam store search and I think I found the RPG that's right up your alley OP.

Grinding might be a good thing in this one ^.^

Previous Souls games had amazing level design as well. None of that is here. Just empty ballsack world with copy pasted catacombs, castle ruins and caves.

i didn't even get to margit until lvl 41 from all the exploring to do, trying actually doing the game's content.

Right now I'm early in the game and exploring is fine and enjoyable. Somehow I doubt it remains this way. Will become a chore later on. I was planning on using powerful builds to minimize that ♥♥♥♥ but now that they are nerfed I'm screwed and pissed off that I'm going to have to grind entire time. As a result I'll be resorting to a trainer/mod if needed in the late game.

By grind, do you mean coming back later after you've explored more of the world?
There's no grind in ER, but nothing stops you from grinding even if that would be stupid since actual content gives you all that exp anyway.

I agree honestly, going through bosses that take hours to kill for trash kinda sucks lol. Hell you dont even get much story. Just another useless item that will rot in your inventory. As you continue to use the op weapon you found off some corpse.

If you can't find a good RPG to play you probably just don't like RPGs.

My man really did stop making Steam posts back in 2015 only to just come back to start having incoherent rage posts because they nerfed something he liked.

Ah, right... None of the weapons or spells require minimum stats to use. That's just a figment of everyone's imagination.
