Grave Warden Duelist in Murkwater Catacombs Didn't Drop Battle Hammer?

I just defeated the Grave Warden Duelist in the Murkwater Catacombs, but he didn't drop the battle hammer weapon. Is there any recourse for obtaining this weapon? And should I be worried other bosses won't be dropping their valuable loot as well? Could there be something wrong with my game files?

Looks like they relocated Battlehammer and swapped it with Engvall's Ashes.

It was a change in the patch, but the enemy version later in the game should drop the Battle Hammer, provided they're wielding it.

The one in the capital city near the colasseum at the top has a chance to drop it.
