Killed Radahn, Have his rune, can't activate, Blaidd not in Siofra

So I killed Radahn before going into Lirunia and talking to Renni. I am standing on the stairs at the top the Divine Tower of Caelid looking at a stone door that won't let me outside to activate the rune. Also, I met Blaidd in Mistwood, Killed Darwill, and Blaidd was at the Radahn fight.... but he's not showing up in Siofra even after talking to Renni... who is asleep now. What am I missing? Is the chain broken?

Did you climb the tower on the outside and look for the door? Also you went ahead of the questline and skipped the Blaidd's part. So next part is Nokron and the hole in Limgrave.

Blaidd would be locked away by now. Talk to Iji.

I sure did. I have the grace at center and at basement, as I was there farming the Black flame monk set. I think I may have figured things out... i guess I have to use a portal from the capitol to get to the top of the tower. And Blaidd was trapped inside one of those prison cells

Crap... Wrong tower... Now I was teleported from a trapped chest to the capitol, and I'm stuck with a giant that I have to beat before I can go... This might be a tomorrow morning thing LOL

First tower grace and just go up the stairs. The door should be there that looked like a dead end.

Yeah I thought that was a dead end also.. but the door is on the left side.
