nameless white mask npc are not invading me why?

So i wanted get the white mask ofr my bleed build and you can get it from these invaders i am in the location where they are suppose to invade but they arent invading i have killed the area boss but i read on google it doesnt matter they can still invade so what am i missing?

How did u enter Mohgs palace?

Edit: Because you have to enter it via the teleporter not the item as far as i know

so was anyone able get invaded by these npcs after you killed area boss?

You can't get invaded by varre if you proceed too far in the story. I believe the mountaintops, fire giant locks you out of it (Not sure.) Killing mohg would definitely lock you out, considering he asks Mohg for help when he dies.

i dont need varre i invaded him after killing mohg boss what i need is white mask wich drops from the nameless npc wich invades you near the cliff with the huge bird but im not getting invaded im wondering if anyone could get him invade after killing mohg boss

The white mask is varre though xD. He drops varre's armor upon killing him 3 times, you then invade him in the cave on the way to mohg.

It doesn't matter if you defeat Varre first, I use the item to get there, invade and defeat Varre first, and then still get the 3 white mask invaders, I have not beat Mohg yet.
So yeah, you can't get invaded by white masks, after Mohg is dead.

Hidden path you can find on the leftside of the Giant Mountain (hiddden area)

And the white masks are not Varre, the just have the same costumes, because they were all Doctors.
