Shabriri's Woe Talisman Changed? Madness Build...

Started running a second character, basing off the Prophet, and liked the madness buildup offered by the frenzied flame type of incantations. Not many things seem to have much focused investment to prevent it...

When I made my first character at release, I saw one of the keepsake choices was 'Shabriri's Woe', which was described as increasing madness buildup on enemies. Now it says that it attracts the enemy's attention, acting as a taunt I assume.

Was I imagining the description I saw at launch? When did it change, if it did?

I did end up with Vyke's War Spear as well for its Frenzyflame Thrust. Would really be helpful for a talisman/offhand that increases that build up, like the Roar talisman and Dragon Communion Seal do for their magic...
