about 40/50 for vigor, 35 for str if you're 2 handing and endurance on 40/50.
dex is i guess same as str, depending on scaling of weapon you're using.
preferably get a weapon without high requirements for something like int or faith, since you'd have to waste points to hit minimum.

Find a weapon you use and base your stats off that.
OP prob has trouble figuring out how to balance stats out, or is too lazy to test their own builds.
If you started as a Wretch you have 10 in each stat. So that's 30 pts in Vigor, about 30 pts in Endurance so you can keep swinging and wearing good armor, and 40 pts in Strength. This will give you a Strength of 50 which when two-handing will pump you high.
VGR is the most important stat in the game. Damage comes from weapon upgrades mostly and only few percent from stats.
End 30
Str 45
Dex 19
Level 110
Vig 40
Mind 17
End 42
Strength 55
Dex 16
I'm big on endurance as I'm rocking quite heavy armour (mostly Radahn's), a great shield (Eclipse Knight), and the Erdtree giant club (along with a Great Epee for poking things).
If you will be two handing you can probably swap some End for more Vig.
