Capital Rampart seal door
Do i need accept Melina offer to pass or there is another condition(I have 4 great rune).
NG+ i try not to accept Melina offer and not go to round table.

To anyone wondering i encountered the same issue, despite having all the runes at that point the seal was there.
After accepting melina's offer and visiting the round table the seal wasn't there anymore.

You can't do maidenless run smh
